Self-described as "automation evangelist with a data-backed ROI guarantee". The guarantee is, awkwardly for the sceptics, data-backed.

Impact

Numbers that moved the P&L

Digital transformation and automation strategy across Oman, UAE, Kuwait and KSA, delivered through AI and RPA. 2M+ OMR saved, with a 2M+ OMR operational budget managed and 100+ staff impacted. Four countries, one automation playbook, adapted market by market.

The yearly reviews zoom in on the detail: 2025 was the year of speed and savings, 2026 the year of scale and stickiness. Both come with receipts, and both come with commentary.

If the number did not move, it did not count. That is the rule. It is also why this page is so short on adjectives. The adjectives were there in the first draft. The data asked them to leave.

Ten steps ahead of IT30 products, built before the ticket gets triaged

Every painful, repeated process becomes a product: governed internal tools, insurance and finance engines, healthcare platforms, document AI, integration plumbing and Chrome extensions. Self-hosted options, audit trails by default and API-first design are the common foundations, and the products plug into each other, because 22 automation playbooks need something to chain.

The method is a loop, not a mood: spot the friction, map every step, prototype in days, ship to real users, measure the delta, reuse the pattern. Quite often there is a working demo before the ticket reaches prioritisation.

"Ten steps ahead of IT" is the affectionate version. IT has, as ever, been gracious about it. The honest version: IT roadmap says Q3. The repo says shipped. Both are technically on schedule.

How far ahead?

Drag it. The innovation loop keeps going while the ticket is still being triaged.

Spot the friction: find the step people repeat, wait on or get wrong. Measure it before touching it.
Nothing matches. Impressive, given the catalogue.

Chrome extensions that quietly remove frictionSmall, opinionated, local-first

Each extension starts with one frustrating moment inside Chrome and ends with fewer steps. A blank compose box. An API that refused to reveal itself. A form about to leak a secret. A workflow that demanded one click too many. Ten focused products, local-first, with support from the person who built them.

The principle: my best ideas come from removing steps, not adding them. Think about the friction, build the smallest sharp tool, put it in the toolbar. Repetitive browser work goes from a daily ritual to a rounding error.

If the process ends with "repeat this 300 times", it needs help. Two minutes sounds harmless until it is multiplied by every row, every day, across a whole team. Explore the collection ↗
